GDLytics is designed to process your data locally on your machine. Your datasets, files, and offline AI chats remain on your local computer and are never uploaded to our servers. We only collect basic information necessary to manage your account, such as your name and email address (e.g., support@gdlytics.com).
GDLytics allows users to connect to their own databases. Your database credentials (such as Host and Username) are saved securely and strictly locally on your device (in the local AppData folder) for convenience. We do not collect, transmit, or store your database credentials, nor do we access or collect the data within your databases. All database queries and data processing happen entirely on your local machine.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your payment details are securely processed by Paddle and are not stored on our servers.
